Free shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States, and on international orders over $21.99.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. International orders may take longer to arrive depending on the destination and local customs.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Holiday orders

To get your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 10. Delivery times can run longer during the holiday season.

Customs and import fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Wrong address or missing package

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or your order is taking longer than expected, email us at sillyscarf.co@outlook.com and we'll help.
